SERVICES
These are the six areas where I deliver. Every one of them is hands on leadership rather than a slide deck. Pick the one closest to your problem and we can start there.
Process Mining
I find where the work really gets stuck by reading your data instead of opinions. I pull the event logs your systems already produce, from CRM, ERP and ticketing, and I reconstruct how every case actually flows, step by step, with the real waiting times and the rework loops nobody talks about. From there I build a clear map of the bottlenecks, I measure how often each path happens and what each delay costs in time and money, and I separate the noise from the few changes that matter. You receive a short list of priorities ranked by impact, with the evidence behind each one, so the conversation moves from feeling to fact. I stay close to your teams while I do this, because the people doing the work usually know where the friction lives, and the numbers confirm it. The result is a map you can trust and a plan you can act on, focused on recovering the most time and cost with the least disruption.
Workflow Automation
I design approval flows and task automation that lift repetitive work off your people, so their hours go to judgement and relationships rather than copying data between screens. I start by mapping the process as it really runs, with its handoffs, exceptions and approval gates, then I build the automation with tools such as n8n and Make, connected to the email, CRM, ERP and spreadsheets you already use. Requests get routed to the right person, reminders fire on their own, records update across systems at once, and every step leaves a trace you can audit. I keep a human in the loop wherever a decision needs one, and I add clear fallbacks so nothing breaks silently when an edge case appears. Before anything goes live I test it against real cases with your team and document how it works, so the flow stays maintainable after I step back. You end up with fewer manual touches, faster turnaround and consistent quality, and your people are freed to do the work only people can do.
System Integration
I connect the systems you already pay for, from CRM to ERP to business intelligence, so data lives in one place and every team reads the same numbers. Most companies do not have a data problem, they have a disconnection problem: the same customer exists three times with three spellings, and finance, sales and operations each quote a different figure. I map where each piece of information is born and where it needs to land, then I build the integrations through APIs, webhooks and orchestration tools such as n8n, with the field mapping and matching rules that keep records aligned. I add validation so bad data is caught early, and logging so you can see exactly what moved and when. The point is a single source of truth that people actually trust, refreshed on a schedule you choose rather than rebuilt by hand. You stop reconciling spreadsheets, your reports finally agree, and decisions rest on one shared version of reality instead of whichever export was opened last.
Management and Governance
I set up portfolio direction, OKRs, KPI dashboards and the decision frameworks that let leaders steer with confidence and a board trust the reporting. I begin by making the portfolio visible: every initiative on one view, with its owner, its expected outcome and its status told honestly rather than in green by default. I translate strategy into OKRs that connect daily work to the goals that matter, then I build KPI dashboards on top of your real data so the numbers update themselves and everyone reads the same picture. Around that I put light governance: a clear cadence of reviews, who decides what, and how priorities and budget get reallocated when reality shifts. I work as a fractional COO inside your team, asking the uncomfortable question early and protecting focus so good people are not spread across too many fronts. The result is calmer steering: leaders see where to push, the board gets reporting it can rely on, and the organisation moves on a few priorities done well rather than many half done.
Compliance and Audit
I prepare operations for regulation and inspection, with readiness for frameworks such as MiCA, DORA and GDPR and controls that people actually follow. I start with an honest gap assessment: I read the obligations that apply to you, compare them against how the business really works today, and rank what is missing by risk rather than by paperwork volume. Then I design controls that fit the daily flow, because a control nobody respects protects no one. I write the policies and registers in plain language, build the evidence trail an auditor will ask for, and put data protection and operational resilience into the process itself rather than into a binder on a shelf. I prepare your people for the questions an inspection brings and I rehearse the answers with them, so the day of the audit is calm and the documents line up with reality. The result is a company that can demonstrate, not just assert, that it is compliant, with less anxiety, fewer surprises and obligations carried as routine instead of emergencies.
