A selection of complex programs I have directed, from delivery to governance. Each one is presented as it was run: the mandate, the binding gates, the workflow and the outcome.
REDACTED All cases are reconstructed and sanitized. The documents are freshly authored, not the client's originals: sensitive data has been altered and the most delicate parts removed for confidentiality. Client names, buyers, individuals and exact figures are redacted or changed. The structure, governance, workflow and results reflect real work.
Operations and AI transformation for a services enterprise, through to acquisition
Directed an enterprise transformation and led it through to acquisition. Built an AI-driven predictive ordering system that lifted inventory turnover by more than 12% at zero incremental cost; scaled Agile with SAFe governance and KPI dashboards; and ran the end-to-end M&A negotiation that sold the business to a major international buyer. Buyer and internal parties altered.
Automated quality control and operational verification for a B2B appointment-setting company
Built the automated control and verification layer over an appointment-setting operation: quality scoring of every appointment, live volume and outcome dashboards, data pipelines from the call-centre platform, and verification rules that flag anomalies without manual review. Guided the launch of two business units. Client data and volumes altered.
Multi-channel commercial operations and corporate carve-out for a consumer products company
As COO with P&L responsibility over a multi-site network and an order portfolio of roughly seven million euro, built the multi-channel mix across large-scale grocery, mass distribution, traditional trade and e-commerce (held stable for years), scaled the creative team from one to six, then carved out the mass-distribution branch and led the company through its sale. Client and buyer names altered.
Digital health platform and patient booking app for a mobile clinic
Designed the service blueprint and a GDPR-ready pipeline that automates the full patient journey, from multi-event booking to screening to follow-up and reporting, across a web platform and a cross-platform mobile app. Workflow and data flows engineered so the sponsor pipeline and audit trail run without manual touchpoints. Patient and sponsor data altered.
